Join renowned French folk artist Marie Colette DuPont-Nivet for an exclusive four-day workshop at Husky Meadows Farm in Norfolk, CT this June. This immersive experience offers an intensive introduction to painting with casein, commonly known as “milk paint.” You’ll learn to make natural pigments and a variety of casein-based painting techniques under Marie Colette’s expert guidance of this ancient medium.
Beyond the studio, enjoy guided foraging hikes and garden tours, intimate artistic discussions, daily farm-fresh meals, evening cocktails, and a concert under the stars. Enjoy the serene landscapes, the company of artists, and freshly grown produce at the farm this summer.
All materials provided. Lodging is subject to availability. Includes eight meals, plant identification hike with resident forager Rana Justice, and private concert by acclaimed pianist Eric Zivian.
Tickets are limited for this rare opportunity to study with a master in an intimate and serene setting.
