The O&G Touch a Truck is back!

900 South Main Street, Torrington, CT
Dozens of pieces of construction equipment will be on display for kids to touch and climb aboard.
There will also be police vehicles!
Admission to the event is a suggested donation of $2 per person, and all proceeds will benefit the Torrington Police Activities League -Torrington PAL.
Ample parking will be available next door at 850 South Street and a shuttle bus will be available.
The event is weather permitting.

The Hotchkiss-Fyler House Museum (b. 1900) will open for the season Wednesday April 16th. The Hotchkiss-Fyler House Museum is a Victorian mansion that was home to two generations of Torrington residents. Gertrude F. Hotchkiss, the last family member to occupy the home, bequeathed the house and contents to the Society in 1956. The interior of this grand house features mahogany paneling, ornate carvings, stenciled walls, murals, parquet floors and ornamental plaster treatments. Original family furnishings collections of fine and decorative arts. Artists represented are: Ammi Phillips, E.I. Couse, Winfield Scott Clime and George Lawrence Nelson.

Hotchkiss-Fyler House Museum Opening for Season
Basic Italian I, a 13-session beginner class, will be held on Thursdays, May 8 to July 31, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. The class will cover pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, conversation, and culture. Torrington Recreation Summer Market
Come check out the Torrington Recreations 2025 Summer Concert Series at Coe Park! Over the course of 14 weeks, every Thursday, starting June 5th and running through September 4th, we will be hosting 14 different bands who will perform a range of different genres. Concerts will be held on the outside portico at the Coe Memorial Park (101 Litchfield Road) from 6pm-8pm. Bring your blankets, chairs, food and drinks to enjoy our concerts in the park!
The Midnight Anthem (TMA) is a musical trio from New England, made up of Catherine, Sophia & Grace...cousins by birth, but sisters at heart. On stage they have an eclectic setlist of music with a recipe for entertainment that can be described as 2 scoops of country, a cup of folk, a strong helping of rock, a pinch of punk, a healthy dose of Americana & a whole lotta love!!!!!
2025 Summer Concert Series: The Midnight Anthem
Conversational Italian, 13-sessions, is not a beginner class. It will be held on Fridays, April 25 to August 1, 9:15 to 11:15 a.m., with no class on May 30 or July 4. It is designed for those with a knowledge of basic Italian grammar and good vocabulary.
