Ages 5-105 are welcome to join us to follow along our instructor Amber and create a fun spring themed painting. Come discover the art of tapestry weaving with fiber artist Gail Cunningham O'Donnell on Wednesday, June 18th from 2-5 pm. In this class you will learn the basics of tapestry, including what the different tools are and how they are used, how to warp on, various weaving techniques, and how to finish a piece. No experience is necessary. All materials are provided, and students will leave with a small loom and their own set of weaving tools. This class is for adults and mature teens of all skill levels, and is limited to 12 participants. Gail Cunningham O’Donnell received her BFA in Fibers from Oregon College of Art and Craft and is currently pursuing her masters degree at SUNY New Paltz. Gail will have an exhibition on the library’s ArtWall in September 2025
